I think that's caching issue or issue from your-end, because I didn't get your issue when I check it..
And yes, it can't be caused by a theme you don't use.

Hmm, i realised that i deleted the Twenty Twenty theme - because i'm not using it. i've just added it again (but not activated it, of course), and the problem has gone away!
Isn't that a bit weird? An error caused by removing a theme that you're not using?!?!
In the last couple of hours, the scroll bar on my homepage has vanished! i haven't made any changes to the customise options, so i don't know what could have caused it!!
This only seems to be a problem in the desktop version of Google Chrome (other browsers seem to be fine - and Chrome mobile is fine), and it doesn't occur on individual posts, just the homepage.
Help!!
