Hi,

1/ You can create a footer like that by do following steps:

a) Go to Customize > Footer Options > on "Footer Widget Area Columns Layouts" > select the layout as you want for your footer.

b) Go to Appearance > Widgets > drag & drop widgets on the left side to "Footer Column #1", "Footer Column #2", "Footer Column #3", "Footer Column #4" - to make the widgets appears on each column.

c) You can set a background image as the https://downshiftology.com/  by go to Customize > Colors for Footer > and set a background image on "Footer Widget Area Background Image"

2/ You can go to Customize > Social Media Options > fill the social media URL you want to show there and let blank any social media icon you want to hide.
