I couldn't create a private ticket, I think it's probably because my support has expired already.

Please create a new private ticket and give us your site admin URL and admin account ( username and password ). And we will take it a look on this to help you. Please don't put reply to tickets of another people because they will get notice email from your reply.

I'm having the same issue as well. I updated the latest version of Soledad and removed the Soledad Instagram Feed widget from footer and put it back again after installed the latest version of Soledad but still cannot pull photos from IG. This used to work perfectly fine until this week. Here is the error I get: No any image found. Please check it again or try with another instagram account.

Hi,
It seems you've used an outdated version of Soledad.
Please make sure you've updated the theme to latest version 7.3.6 - If not, let's update it by do following this guide.
After update the theme to latest version, don't forget updates plugins via Appearance > Install Plugins > click on "Update Available" tab. ( NOT Plugins > All Plugins - please don't understand wrong. )
When you done, the issue with the new posts will gone.
For instagram issue, please go to Appearance > Widgets > drag & drop widget "Soledad Instagram Feed" to "Main Sidebar" replace with your old Instagram widget > click on URL to get Instagram Token & ID and fill it to the fields & do other configs > save it and check it again.

The instagram widget is not pulling any photos or data for that matter onto the website.
In addition, on new posts there aren't any areas for titles and the text box isn't popping up to add embed videos.
