Hi,

Some content on your page still loads content from the cache, so the Youtube video can't work properly. Please try to clear all the Cloudflare cache then check again.

Notes: on the new version of PageSpeed Shorcode & Optimization, we've removed the play button images overlay on the video, if your site still loads this image, this means this is content from the cache.

Hi!

I have updated the theme and did the setup of the website optimization. After that I have problem with my Youtube videos, it can not press to play on them and the play button is in the left corner instead the middle as it used to be! I did clear the critical css as was suggested! I have attached screen shot from the recipe card and side bar.

This what I did. I entered the domain: https://chefinhanatural.com.br and then the purchase code: c8a0b0b4-b7e7-41d2-838e-8e2ab136ac1e but a massage appeared: failed to verify purchase code. How do I verify it on wordpress as I do not see that option. On envato API plugin I can only create the token, which I did it again (it's how I usually update mu theme through this plugin) but when I go to Soledad Theme on wordpress there is only to option to revoke license if I want to use on other domain, but I don't want to use on other domain as I have only this website.

Hi,

1. It's totally different, curl_exec() is a function call, whereas exec() spawns another process.

2. Maybe your hosting doesn't include virus scan & protection features, you can ignore this message.

Hi!

I would like to know if I can use the speed optimization plugin that come with new update without cache plugin. I use Ezoic cache app and I am not able to install any other cache plugin as they said that other cache plugins are not compatible with they ads. Have you dealt with situation like this before? Is there something I could do with Ezoic cache app for the optimization plugin to work?

Hi,

So, have you updated the theme fine? Is it showing version 7.7.1 right now?

If yes, let's ignore this issue because it seems that's warning from the MySQL database have limitation for size of data. But, the update still running fine.

Hi,

To do that, please try do follow steps:

1/ Go to Customize > Posts Layouts > Other Layouts > and check to "Hide Categories" and "Remove Line Above Post Excerpt"

2/ Add more this code to Customize > Custom CSS:

.grid-overlay-meta .grid-header-box{ padding: 17px 5px; background: #f5f5f5; }

Change color code f5f5f5 to any color code for the box as you want. You can get a color code here

Hi,

It's the warning if you "modified the theme files" - that's the .css and .php files from the theme.

If you don't do that, you don't need to use child theme

Hi,

I got the message to update the Soledad theme from version 7.4.1 to version 7.4.2 but there are warning message below. How do I create the Child Theme?

Themes
The following themes have new versions available. Check the ones you want to update and click on "Update Themes".
Note: Any customizations you have made to the theme files will be lost. Consider using child themes for modifications.
