Hi,
Please use it on the "Main Sidebar" - if you don't use "Custom Sidebar 1" as your main sidebar.

Hi,
Please go to Appearance > Widgets > use widget "Soledad Recent Posts" - not "Recent Posts" widget to display your thumbnail images.
