Hi,

The search not working because the header.php file on your child theme missing some options on the new theme update.

I've fixed it by update the soledad child theme.

I have problem with the theme. The elements in the portfolio are arranged alphabetically. Using the DESC function. In the attached photo you can see how the elements in the system are arranged. They are misaligned when they are in DESC and are arranged correctly when they are in ASC. I need the DESC to be arranged correctly. In the picture you can see that he arranges the elements in the following sequence 1,2,3,6,4,5

Hi,

Strange, It still works when I tried with more 2 different computers..

We're using Firefox version 84.0.2 - the latest version of Firefox.

Have you seen it works from your end? If it works, maybe your clients have one extension from Firefox caused the issue, let's tell with them tried to disable all the extensions from Firefox, update Firefox to latest version and try it again.

Really, we can't help anything if we can't see the bug..

not work when choice year. If go to other page and after this return to portfolio page and click on any years it doesn't work. Sometimes not work after a few click. Change page, change years, change page, change year and at the someone moment stop working and need to refresh page 1-2-3 times to work again. Thats tell me the clients.

Hi,

I just checked it on Firefox with 2 different computers and all working fine...

I can't see anything doesn't work here.. So, I think you should tell with your client try again with anonymous browsers to see it works or not.. Because on Firefox, it has a caching from itself and we can't be control that caching - it's caching from the Firefox itself.

I update the theme but still not work i add this code to custom css and # doesnot work. When i remove this code page doesnt load.

Hi,

It seems you've enabled lazyload images from a plugin, I can see another lazyload images appears on your images. Let's check and disable it because the theme already supports lazyload images.

After that, clear all the cache and check it again.

Hi,

Please try to deactivate all plugins ( except plugins come from the theme ) and try it again first. If it works, let's enable each plugin to check what's plugin caused this issue.

If it doesn't work, Please send me your WordPress site admin URL and admin account ( username and password ) - in a private reply. I will take it a look at this to help you.

And the other when i click on 2003 or other i need to click load more button or scroll down to show. I want to show without that.
