Hi,

You can use Footer Menu to do that.

Please do following steps to do that:

1/ Go to Appearance > Menus > create a new menu for your footer and check to "Footer Menu"

2/ Go to Customize > Footer Options > and check to "Enable Footer Menu"

How do I add a disclaimer/privacy policy link at the footer of every page on my blog???  I want to add this link at the very bottom, possibly next to the PENCIDESIGN copyright link or anywhere near there.  How do I do this?

I tried adding a custom menu to footer columns #1-4 and that didnt work.  I see no other options that would allow this??  Possible??  

These are very important page links I need to appear at the bottom of every page on my site.
