If your site is new site - no old posts/pages need to keep - you can check the video tutorial here to know how to import a demo.

If your site has old content: posts/pages need to keep - when you import a demo like on the video tutorial I sent above - please un-check on "Import Demo Content" - just check for "Import Demo Style"
