Hi,

Seem you did do step 1 multiple times - that makes the demos content appears on your menu too long.

Also, because you did modified the theme name folder from soledad to another one. This make the customize data import doesn't work. Please change the theme name folder to soledad again to make it work.

With all your issues on your site now, you can fixed it by:

1/ Go to Appearance > Menus > create/select a menu for your site > scroll down and check to "Primary Menu" at the bottom

2/ Go to Appearance > Widgets > on sidebar "Header SignUp Form" > remove all widgets inside it.

Hi There,

I'm trying to download a demo and set up the new theme I purchased from you on my existing site. But I keep getting an error when trying to upload a demo.

I was trying to upload the demo using option 1. in the instructions. But because I already have content I see that there is a second option using an import/export plugin. I've followed all the steps but keep getting this error. (Please see attached)

Also my site looks insane. Something is very corrupted.

Please help!
