1/ We've said about that in the documentation for Soledad theme here
2/ Example for menu item "Côte D’azur"
To fixed it, please go to Appearance > Menus > on menu item "Côte D’azur" > remove all child menu items of this menu item.

I have two technical problems with the theme
- The first one is with gallery, when I publish an article like here https://touristissimo.com/visiter-antibes/ the readers have an error message "Le module carrousel a été désactivé car une extension ou votre thème remplace le shortcode [gallery]." it's means " The carousel module has been disabled because an extension or your theme replaces the [gallery] shortcode."
Also in the menu I don't know why categories showed two times, on the left and the bottom or only on the bottom
