As I checked, your site loads the FontAwesome ( the font we're using to create icons ) from another resource ( maybe it's from a plugin you're using ). So, please try to deactivate all plugins ( except plugins that come from the theme ) and try it again. If it works, let's enable each plugin to check what's plugin caused this issue.

Found the plug in, all good now!
The website is in staging development, I'm not sure if it can be accessed with out logging in.
is there another way to check?

1/ It seems you've enabled lazyload iframe from a plugin - let's check and disable it and try it again.

Two small questions.
1) My YouTube videos are displaying awkwardly. How can I have them show in landscape. See attached screenshot.
2) My twitch icon in not displaying as well. See attached screenshot also.
