Hi,

About the post title font size on mobile, I just checked it on my mobile and I see it works fine. Can you check it again on anonymous browsers on mobile to get correct results?

About the general text font size on mobile, this issue caused by you've changed the font size for general text inside post content via Customize > Single Posts > Font Size > Font Size Text Inside Post Content

This option will override the option for general text inside your post content.
