Ah, I understand it now.
You need to set an featured images for your posts to make image display.
Check this image to know how to set featured image for a post.

Ok, on the home page on your soledad simple design the posts that come under the top/most recent post all have a smaller image next to the header, plus some text, then read more.
On my blog, only the title and some text comes through, not an image. How do I change this so I get a small image as well on the home page for these posts?
Does that make more sense?

This will be a simple one I'm sure but I can't figure it out. How to I insert images from the recent posts which are listed on the home page under the most recent post. The simple theme does this, and I'd like to replicate it.
