Hi,

I just tried on my testing site and I see it still working fine - check this image: http://prntscr.com/1101dkb

So, I think you have a plugin that caused this issue.

Please try to deactivate all plugins ( except plugins that come from the theme ) and try it again. If it works, let's enable each plugin to check what's plugin caused this issue.

Also, please make sure you're using the latest version of Soledad theme - version 7.8.0 - if not, let's update it by do follow this guide.

Thanks in advance....

To see the error, go to Appearance/Widgets. Click over Footer Column #1, open the text area and click “Add media”. Once you select an image to insert here, the image is never inserted. This error is happening with both Text and HTML Widgets. I did the same test in my website (using Soledad Theme too) without any problem.
