You're not using the latest version from the theme...

It’s from Appearance > Install Plugins - NOT Plugins > Add New

If I search for Penci Pagespeed it is not there?

You can install the plugin via Appearance > Install Plugins

Conversation Start

I got a video

that describes how to optimise my site with the theme installed. However in the video its shows a plugin called Penci PageSpeed Optimizer which I do not have. I cannot find it in the Zip file I originally downloaded or in the latest update I received yesterday for the Theme. It mentions also a plugin called Penci Shortcodes & Performance which i do have.

Can you advise how I can get the Penci PageSpeed Optimizer plz.
