Hi,

As I said "I see the stylesheet from the latest version applies now" - so, let's remove it and check your site again on anonymous browsers, it should work fine now.

If I remove it, it goes back to being without any padding

Hi,

As I see, they're using a trick to fix it by adding more of this custom CSS code - check this image: http://prntscr.com/11t7g7s

You should remove it because I see the stylesheet from the latest version applies now.

My host is looking into that because the cache seems to be cleared.

Hi,

As I said before, because your site still loads the old CSS, so it doesn't exist the CSS.

You can see the CSS from the latest version here and Ctrl + F to search this code

.wrapper-boxed > .penci-single-wrapper > .penci-single-block > .container

You will see it.

But, when you open your site CSS here, it doesn't exist that code above.

Have you clear about this?

And ok, if you can't clear the cache, please send me your WordPress site admin URL and admin account ( username and password ) - in A PRIVATE REPLY. I will help you do thatsmile.png

This is what my host found:

Having looked at the CSS code for your blog posts we aren't seeing any padding being applied to the container for your blog post content.

For the home page, there is left and right padding, as a mobile only rule, applied to the containing <div>, of 20 pixels :

<div class="container penci_sidebar right-sidebar">

However, we can't locate any such rules for the container on the blog posts pages :

<div class="container container-single penci_sidebar ">

I've cleared it several times, and even my host doesn't see a problem with the cache.

Hi,

As I can see your site still load the CSS from the old version.. That means the cache is not clear 100%. Please check it againsmile.png

I've cleared the cache and it doesn't work. My friends tried it too and even a mobile simulator is showing my website without any margins.

I updated my theme, and now, something is wrong with the way my website looks on mobile. In the customizer, everything looks fine, but on my phone, my site has no margins on the sides.
