Yes, sure you can do that.
Please DO ONLY Way 2 in this guide here - Way 2: Import Only customizer data
And note: If you want to use this theme in another site, you need to buy more license for it. One license just can use for one website.

If I have an exisiting site with content on, is there any way to install one of the pre made layouts without the demo content?

Hi,
1/ Please check options for it via Customize > Options & Color for Sidebar
2/ You can use this plugin to create a fload social media like on this site.
3/ You can go to Customize > Logo and Header Options > Menu Style > select "Menu Style 1"

Just purchased your theme I've been having a play around and was just wondering is there a way to customise the sidebar widget titles. I can change colour was just wondering if there's other options besides the black border.
Also is there a feature or plugin that allows me to add social media Icons to the side of my page like image attached.
Also on the mega menu is it possible to adding padding between the images.
