Hi,
Thanks for sending me your site information. Relate to your question so if you want to change the featured slider's layout you can go to Customize -> Featured Slider, under the Featured Slider Style option you can choose styles: 7, 28, 29, 38. If you want to change homepage main content so the theme does not have the option to custom it now. Hope that helps.

1/ You can try adding more of this code to Customize > Custom CSS to do that:
@media only screen and (max-width: 479px){
.wrapper-boxed.enable-boxed,
.wrapper-boxed.enable-boxed .is-sticky #navigation {
max-width: 330px !important;
}
}
2/ You can enable the smooth scroll via Customize > General > General Settings > Enable Smooth Scroll
