Hi,

This is not a bug, this is a feature. If you want to disable these features, please add this CSS code by going to Appearance > Customize > Custom CSS, then paste:

@media only screen and (min-width: 961px;) {
    .penci-menu-hbg-overlay, #close-sidebar-nav {
        display: none;
    }
}

Publish & reload your site.
