Our Speed Optimization features only add Lazyload feature to the image and no more options. If you want to optimize the image moreover, you can install another WordPress Plugin suggest by Google Page Speed: https://wordpress.org/plugins/search/convert+webp/

Please try 2 steps to improve your Google Page Speed:

1. You can try to disable Lazyload Image effect by going to Appearance > Customize > Speed Optimization > General & Lazyload, scroll down, and check for "Disable Lazyload Images on Single"
