Hi,
- Yes. You can enable page cache now,
- When you made some changes about CSS/JS, please go to Settings → PageSpeed Optimizer then click Purge All to re-create Merge CSS/JS files.

Hi,
Rocket Loader is a feature of Cloudflare in support of website speed up. However, it's completely unnecessary for our optimization plugin.
Any functionality that involves modifying your website's HTML from outside the PHP code will conflict with our Penci Speed Optimizer plugin code. So you need to turn it off.
If you used Cloudflare and their website optimize function, Penci Speed Optimizer will not work.

My developer told me its not possivel... these resources must be activate cause we use it in other urls in the same ww subdomain. Is there another way?

Please permanently disable the Rocket Loader feature and temporarily turn off the Cloudflare cache.

1. I already did.

3. I´m not using a cache plugin cause my host provide it (page.ly)

I've checked your site and you do not enable PageSpeed Optimizer, please follow the instruction:
- Please read the Page Speed Optimizer document here: https://optimize.pencidesign.net/
- Make sure you already install & active Penci PageSpeed Optimizer plugin, then go to Appearance > Customize > Speed Optimization > PageSpeed Optimizer, check on Enable Page Speed Optimizer
- Install one of the most popular WordPress Cache plugins. Example: WP Fastest Cache and config like this tutorial: https://optimize.pencidesign.net/4.-install-cache

ps: when i refresh i could not see the files as i saw on the video (attachments)
