Hi,

This setting applies to all content on your site. When you view category/tags/archive/search pages, your post only displays the excerpt content - this is standard coding of all WordPress Themes and Soledad doesn't modify this feature.

Please check content settings on the Membership plugin. If you can't find the solution, please send me your site login in a PRIVATE reply, I'll help you config.

That setting only controls what is displayed in the feed. The theme(s) control how content is displayed when one clicks a category or a tag etc., either the full post or partial post.

Hi,

By default in WordPress, you can control content display on the front-end by going to Settings > Reading, select Summary in For each post in a feed, include, this option will display a portion of each post.

Soledad doesn't force it to show full content on any category/archive/tags/search layout. Please check your WordPress & Membership settings.

Hi, I already have a membership plugin, I'm not looking to restrict the content, I have that taken care of.

When anyone clicks on a category, the category page shows the posts in that category. Here is the problem, the entire post is shown rather then a portion of each post. I want the categories to show a portion of every post, not the whole post. Just like most content feeds show a portion of the post and give you a link to "read more."

How can I display partial posts in a category instead of the full post?  When people click on MEMBER ONLY POSTS, they see the full post.
