Also, that’s a safe way. You won’t lose anything you have done via Customize for every updates.

Hi,
If you’re using the Customize to config the your homepage, please check the option to translate the text “Latest Posts” via Customize > Homepage > General
For recipe, check options via Customize > Recipe Options.

that is a highly non-standard way to translate.
You are missing string there: LATEST POSTS
also all of your plugin strings, like recipe.

You can translate via Customize > Quick Text Translation.
To translate the text from the penci reviews plugin, check options for it via Customize > Reviews Options.
