Ok. I understand it now.

You can add more this code to Customize > Custom CSS to do that:

Hi,

What do you mean about "change the lines"? Do you mean remove this lines? If right, you just need to select a style for widget heading titles is "Text Only"

Conversation Start

In the demo I'm using, some of the sidebar items have a border bottom line under them. Is there a setting or code I can use to remove these.
