Hi,

I've check this link on my phone ( Safari on IOS) and read your PDF document on my browser. So this problem depending on your mobile operating system and browser.

I have set the download link of the pdf It is perfectly fine and working well on desktops and computers but when I switch to mobile devices it doesn't work.

I don't know what's going on. please help.
