Unfortunately, there are no options to do that on the current version of Soledad.
You can use install and use the Elements Kits plugin to create a Menu with your custom design.

The Mega Menu feature only works on the top level of the menu and doesn't work on a sub-menu item.

the mega drop down menu doesn't pop up after that and I can't resolve
