Hi,
You've uploaded the wrong file so the theme can't install.
If you downloaded the "All files and documentation" package from ThemeForest, please extract the zipped package downloaded from ThemeForest to your desktop. In the extracted package you will find soledad.zip which is the WordPress theme file.
The login to your admin page, navigate to Appearance > Themes > click "Add New" button at the top > continue to click to "Upload Theme" button > select the soledad.zip file you got above > Press the Install Now button to upload and install the theme.

This is probably the fifth time I've tried to submit a ticket and I'm about to the point of asking my money back...but I'm unable to get the theme to install. I've been able to download the zip file and insert the filename into the "Install now" window, but when I click on "install now," it doesn't. Instead I get the following error message:
"Unpacking the package…
Installing the theme…
The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.
Theme installation failed."
I didn't do anything to the file so there shouldn't be a missing style.css stylesheet missing. I know that installation isn't included in support, but the instructions are fairly simple. Why am I getting that error message?
