Hi,

I need full access to your site. If you can't send me an account, please try the following steps:

Temporarily disable all the cache plugins,
Open the Critical CSS Tool, then regenerator critical CSS for the homepage only,
Open Settings → PageSpeed Optimizer, click Purge All to create merge CSS/JS
Enable cache plugin, clear all the cache before.
Try your homepage on the private/incognito mode.

Can you please confirm what you need admin access to? We will get this setup because we will not be granting full access, so please confirm this.

Hello. We have fixed the typography but the CSS Critical tool is not correcting our issue on mobile.

We have done the following steps: "Refreshed each page we use the tool with. Removed URLs and re added. Specifically deleted CSS on homepage and regenerated and uploaded. Done for all and each separately"

None of these have worked. Can you please look at the homepage of https://thepeoplesperson.com on mobile and tell us exactly why the CSS is not working on mobile but it is working on desktop.

Hi,

1. Please open the Critical CSS Tool, then re-generate critical CSS for your home page URL. You can view the background on the desktop because you're currently logged in.

2. For the Fancy Penci Heading, please select the Style tab, find the option Title Typography, you can change the typography of the title here.

Hello,

I need to know how to make a few changes to the Penci Fancy Header.

1. Why is the background I added not showing on mobile? It is showing OK on desktop.

2. Where can I change the font sizes? There are no options inside the Fancy Header widget and I need to reduce these sizes.
