Hi,

The current homepage is built with Customizer, but the plugin Add Polylang support for Customizer has some problem with your hosting/server so can't be used on your site.

Here is the best solution for your problem:

Build the homepage for each language with the Elementor Page Builder, you can read the document here: https://soledad.pencidesign.net/soledad-document/#homepage
Install the Polylang Connect for Elementor for custom translation strings & templates.

Hi,

I think there might be a problem with the plugin.

After I installed it, my WordPress page showed "There has been a critical error on this website.", and couldn't get into the administration page.

Fortunately, I got my website back by connecting it with FTP and deleting the plugin.

I tried to install it again, but it still occurred the same problem.

Please help with the problem, thank you.

Please install the plugin Add Polylang support for Customizer https://wordpress.org/plugins/add-polylang-support-for-customizer/ then try to customize your site again.

Hi, I use the plugin, Polylang, to build a multi-lingual website.

However, when I exclude a category on my homepage, though the category did disappear, the posts from another language popped out unexpectedly. I also couldn't exclude it from my homepage by typing the slug of the category (though it is in a different language.)

Could you please help and check how to fix it?
