Thank you. It's unfortunate, but I turned off the featured boxes and replaced them with a featured slider instead.

The [pencilang] shortcode only supports WPML or Polylang plugin.

It says that I need Polylang plugin.
I'm using TranslatePress not Polylang.

Please install the Add Polylang support for Customizer plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/add-polylang-support-for-customizer/ then try to config again.

TranslatePress is not redirecting the URL from English to Chinese on the home page featured boxes.
I tried putting this for example in the URL but it doesn't do anything.
[pencilang en_US='https://www.calculatedtraveller.com/blog/category/destinations/' zh_hant='https://www.calculatedtraveller.com/zh-hant/blog/category/destinations/’]
If you click on the other featured boxes you'll see what it looks like with no additional code.
