Hi,

Please go to Appearance → Widget, select the .Soledad List Banners widget, add to Footer Columns #3, then add the information required to the Widget form:

If your current doesn't show Footer Widgets, please go to Appearance → Customize → Footer → Footer Widget Area, make sure you don't check at Disable Footer Widget Area and 1/3+1/3+1/3 at Footer Widget Area Columns Layout.
