ok i think i fixed the 500 error and also the license activation is done, now when im trying to import a demo its stay on "Starting..." and never gets done, i tried activating all plugins as well but its been an hour since i run the import demo and nothing is changing

Hi,
You should install all required plugins when activating Soledad Theme, the make sure you upgrade WordPress and all the plugins to the latest version.

now i turned elementor plugin and getting the same error. will u be able to help me fix it via teamviewer?

oh it got activated now, now the problem is the Elementor plugin. are we all required to use this? are there any alternative because i randomly getting error 500
