Hi,

Please following the instruction:

1. Go to the Appearance → Customize → Footer: you can customize the Footer here, go to the sub-panel then modify settings as you want.

2. If you want to display Widget on Footer, please go to Appearance → Widgets, scroll down and add the content you want to Footer Column #1, Footer Column #2, Footer Column #3, Footer Column #4.
