Hi,
1. After installed any plugins, please clear all your site cache, then go to Settings → PageSpeed Optimizer, click on Purge All button,
2. Some plugins you've installed doesn't compatible with the latest version of WordPress. For example:
- Rank Math
- Ultimate Addons for Gutenberg
Please wait for all the plugins up to date then check again.

Hi,
1 I installed the plugin "Ultimate Addons for Gutenberg" to create a Table of Content for my Post. The problem is the table of content looks good for logged-in users, but for logged-out users, it looks very different.
I don't know whether that is the cache issue or my internet issue or plugin issue.

2 When I opened Dashboard --> Appearance --> Widgets, I saw 403 Forbidden error.
