Plug-in upload failure

Dear Pencidesign support team,
When I wanted to upload your provided Revolution Slider and Visual Composer .zip files the following error message appears: "The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini."
It seems like the plug-ins are too big for the upload. The upload of all your other smaller sized plug-ins was working properly.
What do I have to do?
