Hi,

1. The page name "Home" you've edit was built with the Divi Page Builder plugin before, but your site currently doesn't install this plugin, so the page content will be shown the code.

2. The current homepage of your site is a Customizer version. So all the settings are located at the Appearance → Customize → Homepage. You can check the current homepage setting at Settings → Reading → Your homepage displays.

The Soledad Simple is a customizer version of the Soledad Parent Theme.

Yes, I was specifically referring to documentation for the Simple Blog Demo: https://soledad.pencidesign.net/soledad-simple/. I saw documentation for a handful of the other themes, but not this one, unless it is in another place?
