Please send me:
- Your WordPress site admin URL
- Your WordPress site admin account ( username and password )
- Your FTP account ( include FTP host, FTP username, FTP password ) - or your hosting account ( hosting URL, username and password to login to the hosting ).

Hi,
Please re-update the plugin "Penci Shortcodes & Performance" by go to Plugins > All Plugins > deactivate & delete plugin "Penci Shortcodes & Performance"
After that, re-install the plugin via Appearance > Install Plugins.
When you have done, please re-check it again on https://validator.ampproject.org/ to see the problem is fixed or not.

in latest update you are adding attribute (data-soledad_pagespeed-delay) to AMP pages which are not allowed and google search console now showing error related to this

Exactly. Some new updates doesn't come with update recommend plugins, just update the theme only.

Actually I have updated theme to latest version, there is active install plug in button in appearance but when I click on it there is no plug in there to be updated or install is there any issue with that ?
