Hi,
Please follow these steps:
- Disable all cache plugins,
- Open the Critical CSS Tool, regenerate critical CSS for the homepage,
- Enable the cache plugins, then clear all your site cache
- Check your site again.

When we start our site, it first shows an unformatted screen before the real page + theme load. See below screen recording (video link) and screenshot to illustrate it. We run up-to-date Soledad including speed optimizations.
