Hi,

This is an element of WPBakery Page Builder. Please follow the instruction:

Go to the page/post you want to insert the gallery, then click edit with WPBakery Page Builder,
Select Penci Image Gallery, then upload your images and customize settings on this panel.

Hi,

The PenNews theme doesn't come with any plugin name Pencil Gallery, can you re-check exactly the plugin name again?

You can find and install all the necessary plugins included with PenNews in 2 ways:

Access your site Dashboard → Pennews → click Install Plugin button,
Go to the theme package you've downloaded on ThemeForest, all the plugins already include in the Plugins folder. Extract and upload it via FTP or upload a zip file by going to Plugins → Add new → Upload plugin.
