child theme activation

Hi,

Please following the instruction:

  • Before you activate the child theme, you should back up the current Customizer Settings by installing the Customizer Export/Import plugin, then go to Appearance → Customize → Export/Import: download the Export file of the current theme,
  • Activate your child theme, then go to Appearance → Customize → Export/Import: import the customize settings you've downloaded on the previous step.

Hi,

I downloaded the child theme and when activate all my deign disappears.

How do i activate the child theme while keep on enjoying all the design elements I have configured?
