Hi,
You can add category pages to your menu. Please go to Appearance > Menus > click on "Categories" section > and add any category page you want to your menu - Check this image for more.
Also, to create sub-menu, you can drag & drop menu items indent with parent menu item. Check this video tutorial for more.

Thanks. Also if I need to create drop down menus under Destinations how do I do that? For Ex. when someone hovers over the menu items a drop down should open there and have clickable links which will then take them to relevant pages.
Would I also need to reconfigure the blog pages for that? For ex under Destinations, I create a drop down India. Then how do all my India blog articles get mapped to that?

1/ I see your logo fine. And if you want to change the height of your logo, you just need re-size the logo image and re-upload it to your site.
2/ Unfortunately, currently this theme doesn't support sharing for Email & WhatsApp. We will consider to add more this social sharing in the future updates.
If you want to hide Google+ & Pinterest on social sharing, please add more this code to Customize > Custom CSS:

Couple of things I need help with since am not technically good!
1. My logo occupies lots of space and I want to reduce the height of the logo area so that the content gets pushed a little up. How can I do it?
2. On the blog pages I cant figure out how to configure the share buttons at the bottom of the post. Need to remove them and include Facebook, twitter, email, WhatsApp
Would appreciate if you could me with this!
