Hi,

You should put your ads library code to Appearance → Customize → Logo & Header → General: Add Custom Code Inside <head> tag.

For another placement: this is a position to display your ads unit.

where is the best place to put adsense code? It's supposed to go in the header, so should it be Appearance -> Customize -> Logo & Header -> General

There is an option for Add Custom Code Inside <head> tag and there is an option for Google adsense/custom HTML code to display in header 3

Do I add the code provided by adsense into both fields?

I don't have AMP set up and am not using lazy load.
