1. For the cache issue, just log in to your site dashboard, clear the WP-Rocket site cache first, then click the Flush Cache link on the top admin bar. The problem because your server serves the old data to visitors.
2. For the cron issue, please read this article to disable the default WP-Ron and convert it to the system-cron: https://kinsta.com/knowledgebase/disable-wp-cron/

Also note that if I change themes it works fine. Soledad is the issue.
