Please go to Appearance → Customize → Single Posts → Inline Related Posts, find and replace your text at Custom Heading Text.

Thanks for the answer,
i installed loco translate and I managed to translate some words, 
among the words in English i did not find in the list "You Might Be Interested In" 
how can I do to translate it? 
can i send you my file it_IT.po attached? to make you insert this string that i can then translate?

Hi,

You can install the Loco Translate plugin, then search & translate the text you want.
