Hi,

This is a general setting, not the element options. Please go to the page you've built with WPBakery Page Builder on Pages → Click Edit with WP Bakery Page Builder.

Hi,

1. Please go to Appearance → Customize → Archive, Category, Blog, Tag, Search Pages Options: check Hide Post Date and Hide Post Author.

2. For the posts build the WP Bakery Page Builder, you can hide by check on the Post Settings:

everything works well

since I am not a daily newspaper where I can exclude the date of posting and the author

Hi,

Please go to Appearance → Widgets, you can add/remove the widget content at Sidebar Right & Sidebar Left area.
