I am following the instructions you sent and clicking Appearance and then Menus, but it is automatically launching the Customize Panel and I am not able edit the menus in the other page you mentioned. How do I prevent the Customize Panel from automatically launching when I click on Appearance > Menus?

The mega menu settings are not available on Customize Panel, please go to Appearance → Menus, select the Menu Item you want to display as a menu then select the dropdown content as the screenshot below:

I am having trouble making my main menu a megamenu. I have followed all of the instructions in the videos and articles for creating mega menus. Also, the backend of my website for creating a menu looks different than what is show in the videos/articles so I am having trouble figuring out what I am doing wrong. Any ideas?
