Hi @Cedalise Metayer,

1. Maybe your server config doesn't compatible with the Page Speed Optimizer plugin, please read the document here and follow the instruction: https://optimize.pencidesign.net/1.-installation-1

2. You can't submit a ticket if your license has expired the support time. Please try to renew the item support the try again: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/207886473-Extending-and-Renewing-Item-Support

Hi!

Sorry to reply on here, but I am unable to submit a ticket for some reason, it fails every time.

I have issues with the Page Speed Optimiser too. I have activated it and now I have an error when I click on any of my articles (but my homepage and archive pages work fine) :

Error 503 Backend fetch failed

Backend fetch failed

I do not know what to do and I cannot find anyone to contact, could anyone here help me ?

Yes, I'm using your page speed optimizer tool. Do you mean the choice between Separate CSS file and Inline CSS doesn't matter in my case?

Hi,

If you're using our page speed optimizer tool, you can ignore this option because it doesn't affect to page speed optimizer module.

On Speed Optimization > Optimize CSS > Render Customizer CSS Method in case of Separate CSS file there is a Regenerate CSS file button.

There is no reference about it in your guide, so what's the case to use that button?
