Please try to deactivate all plugins ( except plugins that come from the theme ) and try it again. If it works, let's enable each plugin to check what plugin caused this issue.

I am also having the same issue. Is someone able to give me an idea of which plug-in might be causing this issue? My updated theme will only show up on computers, not mobile. Thanks

our website isn't loading on certain mobile devices. example: our website loads on my iPhone and my friends android. It will not load the website to his fiancés (wont load on safari or chrome browser) or my sisters iPhone(it wont load safari but will load on brave browser). It works fine across all computers. we thought it was a hosting issue or a theme issue on WordPress. We have switched companies (from Witherhosting to Fastcomet) and we deleted the free theme and bought Soledad theme. Still doesn't work for them. We tried clearing caches on their phones.
