If you're using that plugin to fix it, there is no need to override my js file anymore.

I actually fixed the issue by installing this plugin: WooCommerce External Product New Tab

Should I still overwrite my theme as you suggested to fix any other potential WooCommerce issues though? I want to make sure it is up to date. I would just need instructions on how to do that.

How do I do overwrite the theme? I don't want it to change my whole theme/website since the woo commerce shop page is just one page of my whole site. It is just that the "buy product" button on this page (all the product pages) is not linking to the external product/affiliate link, it instead shows an empty cart.

Please download the attachment file then overwrite it to:

wp-content/themes/soledad/inc/woocommerce/js/penci-woocommerce.js

Thanks! How do I clear my caching plugins? I don’t think I have any caching plugins that I installed.

Hi,

First, please clear all the caching plugins since I see your site still loading the old stylesheets from the old version.

Second, to get it back to work, please go to Customize > Woocommerce > Product Catalog > and on "Product Items Style" > select "Standard" layout.

Thanks! My site is up to date and I am using the latest version of Soledad. Any other suggestions? There are no new updates for me under "updates." Is there another way to update my site?

I am having problems with my Woo Commerce shop page. Previously when customers clicked on the "buy product" button on individual product pages, they would be taken to the external product website (because all of my products are external/affiliate products). Now, however, the "buy product" button is not working. This issue just started recently. Instead of linking to an external webpage, a cart popup appears instead and the button never loads. Can you help me figure out what is wrong? I have tried several things already. The products are all set as external/affiliate products.
