Because on version 8.0.2, we've improved the CLS for all feature images on single post pages.
If you want to keep it as before, you can add more of this code to Customize > Custom CSS:
.post-image img{ aspect-ratio: unset !important; }

Hi @Jey1018,
As I see you're using a plugin to compress your images and it replaced your origin image with an optimized image. Please check and disable that plugin.
If you want to optimize your images, I recommend you use the plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/ewww-image-optimizer/
It won't crop & change your image URL.

Ive tried resizing the image, looking for a button to make it not full width, and installed regen thumbnail. i cant seem to get it to no be full width, any suggestions? thank you and sorry for all the questions
